PREPARATION OF THE MATERIALS:

Rubber surfaces must be grinded before you apply the glue on them.
Metal surfaces shall be subject to the jet of sand till achieve a degree of cleanliness.

PREPARATION OF THE ADHESIVE:

Mix the Elastoglue with the hardener in the proportion of 1 kg. Adhesive with 60 gr. of hardener.

Please be advised not to mix more than the amount that will be used within a maximum of 3 hours, because that is the maximum time the mixture in normal temperature and humidity.

HOW TO EMPLOY IT:

Apply the mixture uniformly on both surfaces with a brush, leaving dry between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on atmospheric conditions.

Sometimes it is necessary to give two or three layers of adhesive, and must leave dry each of the layers.

When the adhesive is dry, join the materials to be paste, pushing heavily with a roller or hammer, from inside to outside, in order to draw the air if there is any inside.
